How to use
- Shampoo and rinse completely.
- Apply OI Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends — leave 3–5 minutes, rinse with cool water.
- Immediately apply OI Liquid Luster to still-wet hair — massage through lengths and ends, rinse immediately with the coldest water possible.
- Towel-dry gently. Apply OI All In One Milk from mid-lengths to ends — do not rinse out.

- The Shine Set stacks Roucou Oil at four distinct steps. The shampoo deposits the first layer; the conditioner builds on it; Liquid Luster seals an additional concentrated Roucou + Cardoon layer on fully wet hair immediately after rinsing, when the cuticle is maximally open; the Milk then locks in the pre-blowdry Roucou Oil base. Each cool or cold rinse between steps seals the previous layer before the next one goes on.

How to use

How is the OI Shine Set different from the OI Trio?
The OI Trio is the core three-step routine: Shampoo, Conditioner, and OI Oil. The Shine Set swaps OI Oil for OI Liquid Luster and adds OI All In One Milk — making it a four-step system focused specifically on the maximum shine result during and after washing, with a leave-in heat protectant included. If you already use OI Oil, the Shine Set adds the two products most likely to increase your gloss result further.
Is the OI Shine Set suitable for fine hair?
Yes — all four products in the Shine Set work well on fine hair. OI Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Luster and Milk are among the lighter-weight options in their respective categories. Apply conditioner and Liquid Luster to mid-lengths and ends only, and use a conservative amount of Milk (5–8 sprays) to avoid any flatness at the root.
Can I add OI Oil to the Shine Set routine for even more gloss?
Yes — OI Oil as a post-blowdry finishing step works well alongside everything in the Shine Set and is the natural addition for clients who want the absolute maximum OI gloss result. Apply Liquid Luster in the shower, Milk before blowdrying, and 1–2 drops of Oil on dry hair after styling. Available individually on the Moda site.
