How to use
- Shampoo: apply to damp scalp, massage, rinse, repeat if needed. Instant Bonding Glow: apply to lengths and ends, comb through to roots, rinse thoroughly. Rich Conditioner: for dry or coarser hair, apply to towel-dried lengths and ends after rinsing the Glow — leave 5 minutes, rinse. For fine hair, use the Glow alone as your post-shampoo step.

Ask ModaWhat's the difference between the HOG Collection and the HOG Set?
The HOG Collection includes the Instant Bonding Glow — a rinse-out bond serum for luminosity and bond repair used in the shower. The HOG Set includes the Sheer Glaze — a leave-in heat protectant applied before blow-drying. Choose the Collection for fine hair or air-dry styling; choose the Set for regular blowout routines.
Is the Instant Bonding Glow in this collection a leave-in?
No — this is the most common source of confusion. The Instant Bonding Glow is a rinse-out serum. Apply after shampooing, comb through from mid-lengths to roots, then rinse completely. The bond repair and luminosity happen during the contact window. Do not leave it in.
Can fine-haired clients skip the Rich Conditioner in this collection?
Yes — for fine or non-dry hair, the Instant Bonding Glow can replace the Rich Conditioner entirely as the post-shampoo step. On days when fine hair needs extra moisture or feels more dry than usual, use both: Bonding Glow first (rinse out), then Rich Conditioner mid-lengths to ends before rinsing.
Does the Rich Conditioner in this collection contain Vitamin A?
Yes — the HOG Rich Conditioner contains Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A). The Chelating Shampoo and Instant Bonding Glow do not. Consider your total daily Vitamin A intake if you're using other Vitamin A products.
What should I add to this collection if I do blowdry regularly?
Add the HOG Sheer Glaze — it's the leave-in heat protectant applied before every blowdry. It provides heat protection to 230°C, UV protection, and the Fortifying Botanical Shield shine effect. Used in combination with the Bonding Glow (in the shower) and Sheer Glaze (before drying), you get both the luminosity treatment and the heat-protective finish.
