Hot water opens the cuticle — the opposite of what you want when you're trying to lock colour in. Rinse EVERLASTING.COLOUR WASH out thoroughly with cool water, then apply EVERLASTING.COLOUR RINSE. Finish with the coolest rinse you can manage before stepping out. How To Use
