For maximum frizz control, apply to damp hair immediately after towel-drying — not to dry hair. Work through from roots to ends, then either blow-dry or air-dry. For a finishing step on dry hair, a very small amount worked through the ends controls flyaways and surface frizz without adding hold to the rest of the style.
