Focus it at the scalp. Let the rinse carry through the lengths instead of scrubbing shampoo into dry ends.
If your scalp likes it, yes. If your ends are dry, rotate with a moisture shampoo and keep conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends.
This is more scalp-focused. A clarifying shampoo is usually about removing buildup from the hair; this is about how the scalp feels at the root.
Use Head Start before shampoo for buildup, and Home Base after if your scalp feels tight or itchy.
