Angel Wash is built around the opposite logic — a sulphate-free surfactant system that cleans thoroughly at the scalp without removing what little natural moisture fine hair has to work with. Hydrolyzed Oat and Wheat Proteins deposit on the hair shaft during the wash step and add structural body to each strand, so hair comes out of the shower with more volume than it went in with, not less.
