- Orders under $99.99: Standard Shipping - $9.99 (excluding weekends & holidays)
- All Canadian orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (we’re closed on weekends & holidays).
🇺🇸 USA
For our U.S. clients, we ship via UPS or Canada Post Expedited International for seamless deliveries:
- Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping (excluding weekends & holidays)
- Orders under $99.99: Standard Shipping - $9.99 (excluding weekends & holidays)
- Your orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (May 2025)
For our U.S. customers, orders under $800 USD qualify for duty-free import under Section 321 of the North American Trade Agreement, as designated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This means you can shop with confidence, knowing your order will arrive without additional duties.
Please note that orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by U.S. CBP regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any applicable fees.
Refused Deliveries & Restocking Fees
If a customer refuses delivery of their package, a 15% restocking/reship fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. This covers return shipping costs and handling fees.

📦 Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@modasalon.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items and box
📌 Note: We are not responsible for damage to packages sent to P.O. Boxes.
🚛 Unclaimed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery, follow the instructions on the carrier’s notice to collect your package. Please note you have 10 business days to retrieve your package before it’s returned to us. If an order is returned, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

Return Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with us at Moda Salon! Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’re here to make your experience as smooth and supportive as possible. Please take a moment to review our return policy below:
⏳ 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or items marked final sale.
🧾 Proof of Purchase Required
Please hang onto your receipt or order confirmation—proof of purchase is required for all returns. Kindly note: returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
⚡ Electrical Items
All electrical items are final sale. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. After one year, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
🛠 Warranty + Defective Exchanges
If your electrical item has a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, we’ll help get it sorted:
: Email support@modasalon.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, item name, and details of the issue.
: If eligible, we’ll authorize the return and send a prepaid return label via Canada Post.
: Once received and approved, we’ll send you a replacement.
📦 Return Shipping Fee
A flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid Canada Post return label will be emailed to you once your return is authorized. If you’re exchanging a defective item, this fee is waived.
