Ask ModaDoes colour-safe shampoo actually make a difference, or is it just marketing?
Yes — it does something specific that most shampoos do not. The acidic pH closes the cuticle after cleansing, physically trapping colour molecules inside the hair shaft. Natural Phytic Acid actively chelates and removes hard water minerals that bind to the hair and distort tone. Those are measurable mechanisms, not branding.
Can I use Everlasting Colour Wash if my hair is not colour-treated?
Yes. The formula is sulphate-free, weightless and gentle enough for uncoloured hair. The hard water mineral protection and cuticle-sealing pH work on all hair — uncoloured hair loses shine from mineral build-up too. That said, if colour longevity is not a concern, another shampoo designed around your primary concern (volume, moisture, repair) may serve you better.
Do I need all three — the wash, rinse and leave-in — or will just the shampoo do?
Yes — the shampoo alone is a meaningful upgrade. The full three-step system adds the ILLUMINATE Complex from the Rinse for conditioning, plus the bond-building KM.BOND proteins from the Leave-In. If you can only choose one, start with the Wash. Add the Leave-In next — it does the most work for chemically processed hair.
I live in a hard water area and my colour always goes dull quickly. Will this help?

The Natural Phytic Acid in Everlasting Colour Wash is a chelating agent designed to bind to and remove the calcium and magnesium deposits from hard water that accumulate on the hair shaft. How long will my colour last if I use this consistently?
Yes — meaningfully longer, though no shampoo eliminates every cause of fade.
