Canada: $10 CAD for all orders under the free shipping threshold.
United States: Rates are calculated at checkout using Canada Post with final delivery by USPS. All duties and taxes are included—no additional charges upon delivery.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Canada: Shipped via Canada Post.
United States: Shipped via Canada Post with hand-off to USPS for final delivery.

If there is ever an issue with your order, you will be notified within 2 business days.
Peak Periods
During high-volume times (such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, or holidays), order processing and delivery may take longer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Moda Salon is not responsible for delays or mis-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Concerns
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, notify us within 5 days of delivery.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an incorrect item was ordered.
If Moda Salon shipped the wrong item, return shipping will be covered.
Refunds are not available on used items; approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Complimentary Samples & Gifts
Every order includes complimentary samples whenever possible. We do our best to match the brand you purchased.
Gift with Purchase promotions are offered in limited quantities and must be added to your cart at checkout.
Only one gift per order will be included.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Moda Salon ships from Canada. All U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes included in the final checkout price.
If an order is refused due to customs fees, shipping costs and any associated charges will be deducted from the store credit issued once the order is returned.

Returns & Exchanges
At Moda Salon, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Canada: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.
USA: Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card (never expires).
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Final Sale, opened liquids, electrical tools, and products returned due to allergies or sensitivities are not eligible.
Electrical Tools: While tools are final sale, we’ll support you under the manufacturer’s one-year warranty.
Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@modasalon.ca and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
Cross-Border Orders (USA): Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
