How to use
Use it the way we would.
- Shampoo and towel-dry.
- Wear gloves. Apply with a brush, distributing evenly and combing through to the ends.
- Leave on 10-20 minutes depending on desired pink intensity.
- Emulsify, then rinse thoroughly.
- Colour deposit fades out completely after about 6 washes.

Yes — platinum and bleached blonde is the ideal base for the most vivid result. The lighter and more porous the hair, the more pigment grips and the more vivid the pink reads. Start at 5 minutes and assess — on platinum you may have more colour than you expected even at that short processing time.
How long will the pink last after using Pink Earth Mask?
Pink pigment fades gradually with each wash — usually over 1–2 weeks depending on how often you shampoo and how porous your hair is. It won't disappear all at once. To maintain the reflect, use once a week. To let it fade naturally, just stop using it and it will wash out.
I had pink highlights done at the salon but they're fading fast. Will Pink Earth Mask actually help maintain them?
Yes — that's one of the best use cases for Pink Earth. Pink colour is among the fastest to fade, and using this mask weekly replenishes the pigment between appointments. You'll extend the life of your salon pink significantly and need fewer colour refresh services.
My hair is dark blonde. Will Pink Earth Mask show up, or is it just for platinum blondes?
Dark blonde will give you a very subtle result at best — more of a rosy warmth in certain light than a defined pink. For the most visible results, hair needs to be at approximately a level 8 (light blonde) or lighter. On medium or dark blonde, manage expectations: the effect exists but it's not a strong pink.
Will RICA Cromearth Pink Earth Mask stain my shower, towels, or hands?
Yes — pink mineral pigment stains surfaces similarly to red. Use a dark towel, wear gloves during application, and rinse your shower immediately after use. The pigment rinses cleanly from hair itself. Surfaces are the main concern, especially white or light-coloured tiles and grout.
