This is the routine for coarse or heavily damaged hair that's blow-dried regularly. The shampoo and conditioner deliver the most concentrated moisture response in the Beautifying Elixirs line — the Xylitol sugars in the conditioner bind moisture into the cortex rather than just coating the surface, which is what makes severely dry or bleached hair feel different after the wash. The key thing that makes this trio more appropriate for damaged hair than the Bodifying version of the same routine is the moisture concentration. Both include the Leave-In Repair Treatment. But the Moisture Intense shampoo and conditioner are formulated for a higher degree of structural compromise — medium to coarse texture, bleached or multiple-process colour, or hair that hasn't responded to lighter moisture options. If your hair is fine-to-medium with moderate dryness, the Bodifying Ritual is the better match.

On wash days when hair is extremely tangled or fragile — especially post-bleach — let the conditioner sit for the full 5 minutes, then apply the Leave-In to hair that still has conditioner residue in it before rinsing. The residue acts as a slip layer that reduces tension when you comb through. Rinse both together, blot, and proceed. It sounds counterintuitive but the extra slip dramatically reduces breakage on very compromised hair.
How To Use
- Work the Moisture Intense Shampoo through wet hair from scalp to ends. Lather and rinse well.
- Apply the Moisture Intense Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
- Towel blot — don't rub — to remove excess water.
- Spray the Leave-In Repair Treatment evenly through the length of damp hair before combing.
- Comb from ends to roots, then blowdry or style as usual.
