Alchemic Silver contains purple pigment — it neutralises warmth on platinum, ash, and cool blonde hair. Alchemic Golden contains warm yellow-gold pigment — it intensifies warmth on golden-blonde to honey-blonde hair. Silver cools; Golden warms. They can be alternated for natural blondes wanting to balance both.
Will Alchemic Golden stain my scalp, shower, or towels?
The pigment can stain porous surfaces — rinse the shower after use and use a dark towel. Applying to damp rather than very wet hair and rinsing promptly after contact time helps contain transfer. Staining potential is significantly less than a purple shampoo.
How often should I use Alchemic Golden Shampoo?
Use regularly as your standard shampoo. The pigment is non-permanent and washes out in approximately 3 shampoos, so consistent use is what maintains tone enhancement — not a single application.
Can Alchemic Golden be used on natural uncoloured blonde hair?
Yes — formulated for both natural and cosmetically coloured hair. Natural golden blondes use it to maintain and intensify their tone; natural blondes going grey use it to add warm golden dimension to grey strands. Non-permanent, so no commitment risk in trying it.
