Can I use Hue Dini on dry hair between washes?
Yes — it is designed for application on both damp and dry hair. A light mist on dry hair between wash days refreshes the condition of colour-treated hair and tops up the UV and colour-protective shield without needing a full wash. It is also useful as a quick pre-sun step for colour-treated clients spending time outdoors.
Does Hue Dini provide heat protection?
Yes — it includes heat protection alongside UV filters. Apply to damp hair before blow-drying or styling with hot tools. Heat is one of the primary causes of colour fade between washes, and the heat protection in Hue Dini addresses that directly at the styling step.
Will Hue Dini Leave-In make my hair feel greasy or heavy?
No — the formula is deliberately featherlight. It deposits Jojoba, Hydrolysed Quinoa, and Panthenol without any detectable texture, weight, or greasiness. Clients with very fine colour-treated hair who have avoided leave-ins for heaviness reasons typically find this is the leave-in that changes that perception.
Do I need the full three-step system or can I just use Hue Dini on its own?
Hue Dini works on its own as a daily colour-protective leave-in for clients already using any colour-safe shampoo and conditioner. It is most effective as part of the full Colour Protect system — the shampoo and conditioner reduce porosity and seal the cuticle in the shower, giving Hue Dini a better surface to protect — but it delivers meaningful results as a standalone leave-in step even without the other two.
