Ask ModaHow long should I leave the Hydrate Conditioner in before rinsing?
Leave it on for 2–3 minutes from mid-lengths to ends. Rinse with the coolest water you can manage — cool water seals the cuticle and locks in moisture and shine. This single step makes the biggest visible difference in the result.
Should I apply conditioner to my roots?
No — apply only from mid-lengths to ends, never at the scalp or root. Roots produce natural oils and applying conditioner there can make hair look flat and greasy at the root within hours of washing.
Is the Hydrate Conditioner suitable for daily use?
Yes — the formula is gentle enough for daily conditioning use on dry, colour-treated hair. It builds cumulative moisture and colour protection with every wash.
What is the Antifade Complex in Pureology products?
The Antifade Complex® is Pureology's patented colour protection system — a blend of antioxidants and UVA/UVB filters that protect colour molecules from fading caused by UV exposure, hard water minerals, and environmental oxidative damage. It runs through every Pureology formula.
When should I use the Hydrate Mask instead of the conditioner?
