Camellia and Shea Butter continue the smoothing work started by the shampoo — relaxing the cuticle and adding a protective coating that reduces how much atmospheric moisture the hair absorbs. That absorbed moisture is what causes frizz, so the conditioning step is critical for lasting control.
Can I use the Smooth Perfection Conditioner on curly hair?
Yes — the Smooth Perfection system works on both straight and curly hair. On curly hair, it helps define and reduce frizz while maintaining curl shape; it does not flatten curls.
How long should I leave the Smooth Perfection Conditioner in?
2–3 minutes from mid-lengths to ends, then rinse thoroughly. For best frizz control, rinse with cool water — this closes the cuticle and locks in the smoothing benefit.
Does Smooth Perfection Conditioner provide heat protection?
The Smooth Perfection system shields hair from the effects of heat styling, but the dedicated heat protection step is the Smooth Perfection Anti-Frizz Serum — applied to damp hair before blow-drying for targeted heat defence and additional frizz control.
What do I use after Smooth Perfection Conditioner for a blowout?
Apply the Smooth Perfection Anti-Frizz Serum to damp hair before blow-drying. It contains Camellia, Shea Butter, and Xylose for heat protection and additional frizz defence. Then finish with Color Fanatic Multi-Tasking Leave-In Spray for detangling and all-day protection.
