The client with thick, naturally curly hair who straightens frequently and whose ends have become rough, dry and difficult to detangle. Their conditioner is not penetrating properly because there is so much build-up and damage on the cuticle surface. We switch them to Smooth Again Rinse with the instruction to leave it in for two full minutes. By the second wash, they report detangling takes half the time. By the fourth wash, the ends feel noticeably smoother to the touch.
