Sunflower Oil smooths the cuticle scales flat, which creates a more reflective surface that catches and bounces light evenly. Dull hair has a rough, uneven cuticle that scatters light in multiple directions rather than reflecting it. The Pomegranate Extract then protects the smoothed cuticle from the oxidative damage that would cause it to roughen again between uses.
Will The Spotlight Circle make fine hair greasy or flat?
No. Sunflower Oil is one of the lightest natural oils — it's a dry oil that absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a coating on the hair surface. Fine hair clients get the same cuticle-smoothing shine result without any added weight or greasy residue, particularly when applied from mid-lengths to ends rather than at the root.
How long should I leave The Spotlight Circle on?
5–10 minutes is sufficient. The Sunflower Oil smooths the cuticle relatively quickly — this isn't a deep-penetrating cortex treatment that needs extended contact time. A cool water rinse at the end closes the cuticle tightly and maximises the shine result.
Can I use The Spotlight Circle on colour-treated hair?
It's particularly beneficial for colour-treated hair, which tends to have a rougher cuticle from chemical processing and appears duller as a result. The Sunflower Oil cuticle smoothing restores the glass-like shine that colour-treated hair loses between appointments.
How often should I use The Spotlight Circle?
Once a week is standard — results are visible immediately and improve with consistent weekly use as the Pomegranate Extract's cumulative antioxidant protection reduces dullness between treatments. Use before events, photos or any occasion when hair needs to look particularly luminous.
