Not exactly. I’d treat it more like skincare for your lips and lip contour, especially if regular balm is not enough.
Can I wear it under lipstick?
Yes. Apply a thin layer, let it settle, then blot before lipstick so the colour does not slide.
Does it feel sticky?
No, the appeal is that it gives comfort without that heavy, glossy, sticky feeling.
Can I use it at night?
Yes. Nighttime is a great time to use it if your lips wake up dry or lined.
