Apply from mid-lengths down — never at the root. Working it into the scalp area is the fastest way to flatten roots by midday, even on thicker hair. Comb it through while hair is still damp so it coats evenly before any heat touches it.
Not the Right Fit If...
Your hair is fine and straight and flattens easily — a heavy hand here will weigh it down fast. Use a lighter leave-in instead, or apply a much smaller amount from mid-lengths only.
