It deposits smoothing and anti-frizz actives onto the hair fibre during the condition step, closing the cuticle and reducing the moisture absorption that causes frizz to develop after washing. Yes — it is formulated for fine to normal frizz-prone hair. Apply to mid-lengths and ends only, keep it away from the root area, and rinse thoroughly. The lightweight smoothing formula will not weigh fine hair down when applied correctly.
