Is Rica Natura'rt Remedy Shampoo medicated or dermatologist-recommended?
It is not a medicated product and is not a replacement for dermatological treatment. It is a gentle professional haircare shampoo designed to minimize irritation for sensitive scalps. For diagnosed scalp conditions requiring medical treatment, follow your dermatologist’s advice and use this alongside any medical regimen as appropriate.
How often can I use Rica Natura'rt Remedy Shampoo?
As often as you wash your hair — it is gentle enough for daily use. For clients who have been washing more frequently because a sore scalp makes them feel they need to, the Remedy Shampoo often allows them to stretch wash days because the scalp feels calmer after each wash rather than more reactive.
What water temperature should I use with Rica Natura'rt Remedy Shampoo?
Lukewarm — not hot. Hot water dilates blood vessels, increases scalp sensitivity and can worsen reactive scalp conditions. A gentle shampoo on a hot scalp is less effective than a gentle shampoo on a lukewarm scalp.
