How to use
Use it the way we would.
- Shampoo and squeeze out excess water. Apply mid-lengths to ends. Cover with shower cap. Leave 10–15 min. Rinse with cool water.

Ask ModaHow is this different from The Therapist Conditioner?
The conditioner is an everyday formula designed for regular use. The mask is more concentrated, richer and designed for weekly intensive treatment. It delivers a deeper moisture dose in a single application than the conditioner provides across several washes. Most clients use both in rotation — the conditioner on regular washes, the mask once a week.
Can I use this every wash instead of my regular conditioner?
We do not recommend it for most hair types. The richness used daily can cause buildup on fine or medium hair and may oversoften colour-treated hair to the point of affecting how well styling products work. Once a week gives the intensive hit without those downsides. For very dry, coarse or thick hair, twice a week is the maximum we would suggest.
How long should I leave it on?
Ten to fifteen minutes under a shower cap for the standard weekly treatment. The shower warmth activates the conditioning agents and drives them deeper. Rinsing after two minutes gives barely any more benefit than a standard conditioner would. Commit to the processing time and the result is significantly different.
Will this make my fine hair too heavy?
If your hair is fine and dry, use a smaller amount and apply only through the ends and the driest sections. Avoid the scalp area entirely. Once a week at a lower quantity is a manageable balance — if you find volume is still suffering, The Therapist Conditioner used consistently every wash may be enough for fine hair and the mask can be reserved for occasional deep treatments.
Which size should I buy?
The 30 ml gives two to three uses to confirm it works for your hair. The 150 ml is the everyday size at once-a-week use. The 1000 ml is for clients with thick or long hair who use a generous amount each treatment, or anyone who wants to commit to the routine at the best value per application.
