What’s Inside:

How to Use:

  1. Shampoo: Apply NOUNOU Shampoo to wet hair, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed.

  2. Condition: Apply NOUNOU Conditioner to towel-dried hair, leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse well.

  3. Style: Spray OI All in One Milk evenly on damp hair. Do not rinse. Blow-dry or style as desired.

Customs, Duties & Taxes – U.S. Orders

For our U.S. customers:

Orders under $800 USD qualify for duty-free import under Section 321 of the North American Trade Agreement (NAFTA). That means no surprise fees at delivery!

Orders above this threshold may be subject to additional duties or taxes as determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Refused Deliveries & Restocking Fee

If a delivery is refused, a 15% restocking/reship fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders


: Submit a claim directly with UPS or Canada Post, then email us at support@modasalon.ca with your reference number.


: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping box.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include a tracking number. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package leaves our salon.

Weekend & Holiday Orders will be confirmed and processed on the next business day.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If your parcel isn’t picked up within 10 business days, it will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus delivery charges.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll notify you of the delay and expected shipping timeline.

Return Policy

⏳ 14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or items marked final sale.

🧾 Proof of Purchase Required

Please hang onto your receipt or order confirmation—proof of purchase is required for all returns. Kindly note: returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

⚡ Electrical Items

All electrical items are final sale. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. After one year, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

🛠 Warranty + Defective Exchanges

If your electrical item has a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, we’ll help get it sorted:


: Email support@modasalon.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, item name, and details of the issue.


: If eligible, we’ll authorize the return and send a prepaid return label via Canada Post.


: Once received and approved, we’ll send you a replacement.

📦 Return Shipping Fee

A flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid Canada Post return label will be emailed to you once your return is authorized. If you’re exchanging a defective item, this fee is waived.
