Ask ModaDoes Re.Store replace Repair Me Rinse, or does it replace the whole wash and condition step?
Yes — the whole wash and condition step. Re.Store replaces both Repair Me Wash and Repair Me Rinse on the third wash. It is a 2-in-1 cleansing treatment used in place of shampoo and conditioner, not as an additional step. On the other two washes, use Repair Me Wash and Rinse as normal. The rotation is: Wash + Rinse, Wash + Rinse, Re.Store only.
Can I use Re.Store every wash instead of every third?
No — for most clients, more frequent intensive protein application at this concentration leads to protein overload, which causes stiffness and brittleness. Every third wash is the recommended rotation and it is the frequency at which the repair compounds best without overloading the hair. The daily Wash and Rinse handle the in-between washes.
Do I need Re.Store if I’m already using Repair Me Wash and Rinse?
Not immediately if you are just starting the system — begin with the Wash and Rinse daily for the first 2 to 3 weeks. Once the routine is established, adding Re.Store every third wash accelerates the cumulative repair. Clients who plateau on the daily system alone consistently improve after introducing Re.Store.
Is it normal for Re.Store to feel thicker or more substantial than Repair Me Rinse?
Yes — it is a more concentrated formula and the texture reflects that. It is still a rinse-off product; it rinses clean after the 5-minute contact time. What remains is the protein that has integrated into the fibre, not a surface coating.
Which size should I start with?
Start with the 40 ml to confirm the product works for your hair before committing. The 200 ml is the retail size and lasts most clients 3 to 4 months at every-third-wash frequency. The 1000 ml is best value for long-term committed use.
