Same technique as the 250ml. Work gently — no scrubbing, no piling hair on top of the head. Rinse with cool water before applying conditioner. On thick or coarse hair, two applications with a full rinse between gives noticeably better cuticle-smoothing before conditioning.

I would recommend it when your hair looks smooth right after styling but expands, frizzes or loses polish too quickly, and you want a smoother, softer, calmer finish with movement.
It should not feel heavy when you use it where your hair actually needs it. If your hair is fine, start with less product and keep richer formulas away from the root unless the product is specifically for scalp or volume support.
Massage LOVE Smoothing Shampoo Refill 500ml into the scalp first, not the ends. Let the lather do the work at the root, then rinse through the lengths. If your hair has buildup, oil or styling product in it, shampoo twice before judging the result.
Use LOVE Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner together when frizz is your main concern. Add LOVE Smoothing Milk or Serum before styling when you need more control through the mid-lengths and ends.
