Salt naturally draws moisture from the hair, so very dry or damaged hair may find it drying with frequent use. For dry hair needing texture without the salt effect, the Curl Shaping Cream is a softer alternative. Using a good conditioner on wash day will offset the dryness if you use salt spray regularly.
