It works best on short to medium hair where the high-shine finish looks intentional rather than heavy. On very fine hair, high-shine products can look weighty or greasy — use sparingly through the ends only if your hair is fine.
Can I rework my style after applying RICA Crystal Pomade?
Yes — the flexible hold allows you to touch and adjust the style without it going rigid. This is what distinguishes a pomade from a gel: the hold stays pliable so you can reshape without starting again.
Does RICA Crystal Pomade wash out easily?
Yes — it is water-soluble and rinses out cleanly with your regular shampoo. No heavy buildup with daily use.
How much RICA Crystal Pomade should I use?
A pea-sized amount for short hair. Warm between the palms until transparent, then apply. Start with less and build — too much on the first application is harder to distribute evenly than adding a second small amount.
How is RICA Crystal Pomade different from RICA Grooming Clay?
