Start with fewer pumps than you expect to need (1–2 for fine/short, 3–4 for medium, 5–7 for thick/long) and build from there. It's easier to add more than to fix a heavy application on fine hair.

Does the Beautiful Things Mask provide heat protection?
Yes — up to 230°C / 450°F, which covers blow-drying and most flat iron and curling iron temperatures used at home. Apply it before heat styling so the protection is in place.
