Yes — for most clients, Nº.4 + Nº.5 is the ideal starting point. It builds the daily wash routine with bond repair at both the cleanse and condition steps. Once the wash routine is consistent, adding Nº.3 or Nº.3PLUS weekly is the natural next step.
I have fine hair. Should I get the regular duo or the FINE versions?
No — for fine hair, the Nº.4 FINE + Nº.5 FINE is the right system. The standard Nº.4 + Nº.5 have a richer moisture profile that can weigh fine hair down and reduce volume.
I'm blonde. Should I get the Nº.4 + Nº.5 duo or the Nº.4P + Nº.5P blonde duo?
No — not instead, alongside. Nº.4P + Nº.5P are toning products used 1–2x per week, not every wash. The standard Nº.4 + Nº.5 are still the daily wash products. For a blonde client, having both systems and alternating is the recommended approach.
Is the duo better value than buying Nº.4 and Nº.5 separately?
