Can I use it under concealer?
Yes, but use a tiny amount and give it time to settle before makeup.
Can I use it morning and night?
Yes, if your eye area is dry. If makeup moves, keep it for night or use less in the morning.
Does it go on the eyelid?
I’d keep it around the orbital bone unless the brand directions say otherwise. Too close to the lash line can travel.
