Since 2022, Davines operates Plastic Net-Zero — for every plastic-packaged product sold, an equivalent amount of ocean-bound plastic is collected from coastal areas. The bag is made from that same reclaimed material.

Is the bag actually waterproof or just water-resistant?
Yes, fully waterproof. The recycled PEVA interior provides 100% waterproof protection when properly closed. It's designed to carry wet swimwear without the moisture reaching the outside — that's the practical purpose of the dry bag format.
Is the Ocean Keeper Bag included in the SU Sun Care Complete Set 2.0?
Yes. It's one of two bonus items in the Davines SU Sun Care Complete Set 2.0, alongside the FSC-Certified Bamboo Exfoliating Dry Brush. The set includes all five 2025 SU products plus both bonus items.
How do I clean the Ocean Keeper Bag?
Hand wash with mild soap and cool water, then air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Turn inside out to wash the PEVA interior separately if needed. Allow to dry fully before storing closed.
What does the Ocean Keeper campaign actually do — is this just branding?
No. Davines has partnered with Plastic Bank since 2021 and since 2022 operates Plastic Net-Zero — for every plastic-packaged Davines product sold anywhere in the world, an equivalent amount of ocean-bound plastic is collected from coastal areas in Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil, and Thailand. The Ocean Keeper campaign is the salon-facing expression of that commitment, and the bag is made from the same kind of reclaimed plastic the program collects.
