Yes — the SU Aftersun Cream is formulated for both face and body. Apply a small amount to the face after cleansing, avoiding the eye area. The lightweight texture is appropriate for facial skin and absorbs without leaving a heavy or greasy film.
Is the SU Aftersun Cream a sunscreen, or is it for after sun exposure only?
No — this is an after-sun product, not a sunscreen. It does not contain SPF and is not designed to protect skin during sun exposure. Apply this after you have been in the sun to soothe, hydrate, and support recovery. Use a dedicated SPF product before and during sun exposure.
Does the SU Aftersun Cream feel heavy on hot, sun-exposed skin?
No — the formula is specifically designed to be fast-absorbing and lightweight. Apply to slightly damp skin after showering and it absorbs without leaving a greasy finish. This is one of the reasons the SU line works well for summer use, when heavy products feel uncomfortable on overheated skin.
Do I need this if I already moisturise with a regular body lotion?
Yes — if you spend significant time in the sun. A regular body lotion hydrates but does not address the antioxidant depletion that UV exposure creates. The Bitter Orange Extract in SU Aftersun Cream specifically soothes and restores skin that has been stressed by sun exposure, which is a different need than daily moisturising.
