Yes — both address dry hair but differently. Hydro Rush Mask uses hyaluronic acid to draw and seal moisture into the hair shaft — a humectant-led approach. Soulfood uses sea buckthorn and grape seed oil for nourishment and softness — an emollient-led approach. Very dry hair benefits from both; choose based on whether the hair needs moisture (Hydro Rush) or nourishment and shine (Soulfood).
How long should I leave the Hydro Rush Mask on?
Yes — 10 minutes for the full deep hydration benefit. Under a shower cap with some warmth, 20 minutes delivers even more moisture. The hyaluronic acid needs time to penetrate the hair shaft and draw in moisture effectively.
Can I use Hydro Rush Mask more than once a week?
Yes — twice weekly is appropriate for very dry hair in a critical moisture phase. Once results start to show and the hair holds moisture better, once weekly is sufficient maintenance.
My hair is dry but also has frizz. Should I use Hydro Rush Mask or Smooth Over?
Yes — if the primary concern is moisture, Hydro Rush Mask. If frizz is primary and dryness secondary, Smooth Over. If both are equally significant, alternate: Hydro Rush Mask one week, Smooth Over the next.
Is the Hydro Rush Mask colour-safe?
Yes — sulphate-free and colour-safe. Colour-treated dry hair is one of the most common hair types this mask is designed for.
