I use original Perk Up but need to reapply within a few hours. Should I switch to Plus?
Yes — that's the scenario Plus is designed for. If the original absorbs but doesn't last, the higher-absorption formula in Plus is the logical upgrade. Also ensure you're applying the night before — overnight application significantly extends how long any Perk Up formula holds.
Does Perk Up Plus leave more white residue than the original?
No — the application technique matters more than the product strength. Same rules apply: hold 20–30cm from roots, wait 30–60 seconds before massaging in. The higher-concentration formula doesn't inherently create more residue.
Will Perk Up Plus work on fine hair without flattening it?
Yes — the rice starch formula adds volume as it absorbs oil. Fine hair typically responds well because removing the oil weight at the root restores natural lift. Apply lightly and massage in well for best volume results.
Should I use Reset Clarifying Shampoo more often if I use Perk Up Plus?
Yes — any dry shampoo used regularly builds up at the scalp. Monthly Reset clarifying is a good habit regardless of which Perk Up formula you use. If you use Plus or Ultra more intensively, every 3 weeks is reasonable.
