Ask ModaWill Top Gloss make my hair look greasy?
No — if used correctly. Hold 20–30cm from the hair and use a light pass rather than spraying close. Top Gloss is a micro-fine mist that coats the surface for gloss without a wet or heavy finish. Over-spraying or applying too close creates a wet look.
Can I use Top Gloss every day?
Yes — Top Gloss is a lightweight finishing spray that doesn't build up significantly with daily use. If you notice any heaviness developing over time, a clarifying wash with Reset will clear it.
Does Top Gloss work on curly or textured hair?
Yes — gloss spray works on all hair types. On curly hair, spray lightly after diffusing for a shine finish without disrupting the curl pattern.
Is Top Gloss the same as a regular hair serum?
No — a serum is typically applied to damp hair with more coverage for smoothing and protection. Top Gloss is a finishing spray applied to dry, styled hair for instant surface gloss only. Much lighter application, different purpose.
If I'm already using Flash Mask weekly, do I need Top Gloss as well?
No — Flash Mask adds gloss from within the routine. Top Gloss adds surface polish after styling. They work at different steps. Either alone delivers shine; both together give the maximum Mirrorball effect. Choose based on how much you want to invest in the gloss routine.
